New pain at 7weeks post-op

HI Sisters, I have been going merrily along with a fairly uneventful recovery until now of all times!!!!! Before my TAH/BSO on 12-11 I was experiencing pain in my left side where my ovary was and when I bent over like to tie my shoe it would radiate to a spot in my back to the left of my spine right above my hip. I was so excited after surgery that the pain had completely gone away. My dr. said my left ovary was "stuck" to my bowel and that was probably what was causing the pain. Anyway, Saturday the pain started up again - same thing, hurts a little when walking, etc. but really hurts and radiates to my back - same spot, when i bend over. Does anyone have a clue what this could be?

I'm not sure what it could be. But are you sure it might not be something in the lumbar area of your back? I have to go in quite often and get my lower back adjusted and my hips. I have pain just in one spot on my back on one side and it's my hip area causing the pain. However, you should call your Dr and tell him what's going on with you. He might want to see you to make sure your healing is going well.
