requesting good thoughts and prayers

My son has spent the last 2 1/2 years of his life doing
drugs, and lost two very good jobs, his car (totalled
in March when he hit a brick wall at 50mph). After my
mother died in April, and my surgery in June, he seems
to be trying to turn his life back. I have put all this
in God's hands, because without his help, I'd be in a
rubber room by now----I'm asking for a little help in
prayer form from my sisters, that he finds a job, and
that he keeps choosing life without meth. He is out on
a job interview now. I know things can only keep getting
better.m I have faith in that. Thank you!

Two things come to my mind...First is that he needs to see that there is a problem before he will change, and it seems like that is happening! God is sooo good! Second, everything happens for a reason, so I guess that is another good point of your surgery...it has opened his eyes! I will pray for you and your son. May he continue to see clearer with each day and turn to the Lord instead of drugs or alcohol. Please hang in there. I know it is so hard, but we can only put it in the hands of the Lord and try our best to accept what is in store for us. God Bless you and your family!!!!
