Cramping

Hi Ladies,
I had my surgery in April of 2002. I've been feeling pretty good lately and am amazed at my day to day recovery. It has been a long haul. I was wondering if anyone else experiences cramping after exercise and relations. I try to do a few situps and the next day I feel cramping and a very slight bleeding. The same thing happens after relations. Is anyone else having this problem? Thank you for your responses.

I'm so happy your recovery has been, for the most part, uneventful

I've had some cramping after relations and when I overdid it, but that was either in the very early part of recovery (first 3 months or so) or when I overdid it big time, when I was later in my recovery.

Have you mentionned this to your doctor? While it might be just a normal part of recovery, you might want to be on the the safe side and make sure that all is ok.

I am 3 yrs post-op and experience cramping 24/7 sometimes quite severe Mine is said to be from the extensive amount of Adhesions (Scar Tissue) I have..there are several others here who experience this as well..Some of the causes are thot to be from recurring Endo, Adhesions, Ovaries, IBS, Intestinal b/c they *settle* down where are Uterus used to be. Like Dany suggested, I would mention this to your Dr, as he will be able to provide you w/ some more insight as to what the cause could be for you.
