Pink discharge?

I am almost 6 months postop, and I am noticing (again) some pink discharge with an odor to it. This happened at 4 months postop, too. During that time, a suture came out one day while I was on the toilet, and the discharge and the odor both stopped.

Well, today it started again. Could I still have sutures in there that are trying to disintegrate? Anybody else had this problem?

I didn't have that problem, just the usual spotting after surgery. If it's exactly the same as at 4 mos. then maybe there could be another suture trying to work it's way out. But anytime there is a colored discharge with odor, it's always best to check it out with the doc. Give them a call and let them know what's going on. It could be an infection and would need treatment.
