Pre-Op Appt Cancelled due to snow!

I was due to have my pre-op appointment with my dr. this morning but the DC area where I live got hit with a couple feet of snow in the past few days. So the medical center was closed this morning and all appointments, including mine, were cancelled.

Boy I hope this does not cause a postponement of my surgery, which is next Wednesday! I'm going to call for a new appt. in a little while and cross fingers that I can be worked into my dr's schedule. The last thing I want to do is be put on hold for the hyst after all I've been through.

Just stressing out a little bit --blast this snow!!!!

My guess would be that since you are scheduled for surgery they will find a way to get you in so they don't have to postpone.

Don't stress, and I'll keep my fingers crossed with you!

Surely they will find a way to squeeze in your pre-op appointment---it would be much more of a hassle to reschedule your surgery!

I've been watching the dreadful east coast blizzards on CNN---stay warm and stay safe!

I just got off the phone with the dr's office and they rescheduled the pre-op appointment for this Fri the 21st. Just in time for next Wed's surgery! It's a big load off my mind !

Now i can turn to on getting my room decluttered before my boyfriend arrives on Fri for his hand-holding duties!
