10 months post op and still miserable

can anyone give suggestions? I am even on the birth control pill. still get MAJOR flashes and night sweats, gained 10 pounds and no libidio? feel like I lost myslef when they too the uterus and ovaries?

Hi! You had your surgery just 4 days after I had mine. I've been working to find hormonal balance, too. Started out on Estratest HS which didn't work for me, and was switched to compounded Tri-est and progesterone, which are better but still not me! I will have my hormone levels tested tomorrow. Have you called your doctor's office about your symptoms? There are so many choices available for HRT and you may have to try a few before finding something that works for you. Make a list of the symptoms you find bothersome and run them by your doctor. Hope you soon find the perfect HRT for you!
