hormone concerns

Had a partial hyster in 89 and ovaries last oct99.was going to be in a clinical study on a cream for hormone replacement was not allowed in study due to the fact that my hormone levels were to high.What hormone levels? I shouldn't have any!! Anyone heard of this before or have any ideas I'm not on oral replacement . Thanks I'm concerned.

Yeah, there are other routes all these hormones can take, still that's pretty amazing. Your adrenal glands can produce a lot of the ovarian hormones and the fatty lining of the abdomen can produce a form of estrogen. Congratulations!

Now the next question though is how do you feel? What might be too high for a study might not be too high to prevent symptoms. Do you feel like you're deficient? You can take really low doses if you want to give things a boost.

Though I have enough belly fat to produce estrone for several women I feel so much better on my .5 mg of estrace and dab of progesterone cream.
