New & Slightly nervous

Hi!
Totally new to this wonderful site and am looking for any and all advice...
Having at total hyster. leaving the ovaries on March 18th, not sure what to expect.
Have Jabba the hut fibroid removed that has latched on to my uterus and causing some great discomfort.
So if anyone has any insight on what may go on I would really really appreciate it
