post-op 6-months

Hello My dear Hyster-sisters: Well it has been 6-months for me. I feel a whole lot better now. I am currently not taking any HRT drugs because the headaches I was having were so severe. I just take a multi-vitamin everyday and exercise 4-times a week at the gym consisting of weight-training and aerobics. I have gained all my weight back. After my surgery I was a wimpy 112lbs. Now I weigh 133lbs. My normal weight is 125lbs. But I feel good and my hubby likes the way it looks on me. I make sure to drink lots of water also. I'm just praying as I go along. I hope everyone is doing fine.
