HRT/Cannot lose weight

I had my surgery two years ago and have been on HRT since. I have tried to lose 10 lbs since the surgery and CANNOT budge it. Is this due to the HRT? I am at my wits end!

There's a good article on weight and hrt here www.hormonejungle.com/weight.php I have found that I have to a bit more diligent in my eating habits. I think that it may be more a symptom of my age than of the hrt.

Are you having any other symptoms? Sometimes weight gain can be a sign of a hormonal imbalance rather than from the hrt itself.
