Patience

In less than 24 hours it will be all over!!!!
Mixed feelings of anxiety, nervous stomach.
Running around getting last minute things, New robe, slippers
and big baggy undies.
Wanted a new comforter for the "princess bed".
DH went from store to store to store with me -what a trooper.
Found a nice country pattern quilt set on sale.
In the check out line I saw the name of the quilt pattern
'PATIENCE" I burst out laughing and crying at the same time.
If that wasn't sign from beyond. Perhaps a message to have
Patience with myself today- to not be so scared.
Also to have patience with the recovery.
I will soon be a puntured princess surrounded by pillows and
wrapped in a quilt called "Patience"
Hugs and peaceful thoughts to my fellow sisters.
I truly believe there are no random events in life.
We are where we are supposed to be and we find what we
need, just when we need it.

((( teri ))) I agree with you , it is probably a sign. I got really nervous before my hyst and I said to my mom ( she's in heaven) that I really needed her . Immediately a song that she always sang to me when I was small and scared popped in my mind I can't tell you how much that helped me! I had my song, you have your quilt - you'll do fine.
Hang in there , soon you'll be a crowned princess - wrapped in patience.

Teri, I love your post. As one who believes in signs and so much more, I'm thrilled that this wonderful 'gift' was given to you at a time when you so need it.

Snuggle into your Patience, and let it work to heal you, as it surely will.

While you're recovering, when you're able to sit at the computer for a while, do a little research into Reality Shifts. I think you'll find it very interesting.
