Prayers Please for a dear friend battling ovarian cancer

E.W. is one of the grandest ladies I have ever met. She is about five years into her battle with ovarian cancer and this fight has been fought with dignity, grace, and great courage. This past year has brought her one treatment failure after another. Chemo, colostomy, radiation, nothing is working. And to make matters worse she is feeling badly about the sadness she has brought to her family. I am praying that E.W. finds peace, physically and spirtually, and has some great quality time left. Father, we bring E. W. before you, she has ovarian cancer, she has been fighting this battle for 5 long years, this year has been the roughest, every treatment has failed. We know you are the great healer, stretch down your powerful healing hands and touch her body, heal her through and through, from her head to her toes. Your medicine is just what she needs, feed it to her. Ease her pain, Give her a miracle. Put your arms around her, give her courage, inner peace, strength and endurance. Bless her to have time with her family, we ask in your gracious name, Amen.

Dear Lord, we ask you to grant our ovarian sister E.W. success with a chemo so she can have time with her family without having to fight this disease every minute. It is a hard one to deal with. If there is not to be a chemo for remission this time, pleae bring her freedom from pain and the ability to be as active with her family as she can. Please help her to understand this sadness is not what she has brought but what a disease has brought--she is far more than the disease. Please bring understanding and love to her and her family during this difficult time. I know what the disease is like and ask that You help this whole family. And...there is always a miracle--you've worked many before. Please look at this family and consider them for one of your great miracles.
