Funny feeling in scar area

Hey, sisters. I'm a new member I am 16 weeks post-op of a total abdominal hysterectomy. I will sometimes have these little places in my scar area that feel like a little ball. Does anyone else have this feeling? I know I have an adhesion that has formed on the lower left side and I sometimes have pain and pulling with that, although not all the time. Also, I've found that my bowel movements are not totally normal. I've had a history of Irritable Bowel so it's difficult to say what's "normal". It's just tough to know what's normal feeling and what's not and most of the friends I have who have gone through hysterectomies have had little or no issues. Thanks for any insight anyone can give me.

I haven't experienced any problems with my incision, so don't have first hand experience to share.

The little knots that you are describing could be a result of scar tissue forming. I'm not sure if they could be related to your adhesion, or even a symptom of additional adhesions .

It's always best to discuss these things with your Dr., just to be on the safe side.
