When Will It Stop

Hi Ladies:

I hope everyone had a happy Easter and the Bunny was good to you...

Ok, HELP....Total Hys 3 1/2 months ago...Was put on estrace 2mg, hated it...Almost 2 months ago was switched to the V-DOT (WHICH I LOVE)...

Doctor started me out SLOW....Started with the 0.05, then to the 0.075, then to the .1 and as of today I put TWO .1 on due to hot flashes and bad headaches....HOT flashes and HEADACHES are completely GONE...BUT I still have the awful body aches and pains, in both lower legs and in my hands...Also my heart will beat funny at times...

I had a stress test and acho done on my heart 4 months ago, AOK in that area....

Any suggestions, I'm sick of my body feeling pain and aches everyday....Maybe I still need more time...

THank you!!!
hugs
Julie

i felt like that on just estrogen and had to start using progesterone along with it. if you would like to give it a trial run, go to the health food store and pick up some progesterone cream...be sure it says USP on the label. also check the pull down article too much estrogen/too little at www.hormonejungle.com to see if you have any other symptoms.
also, does your dr know you upped your v dot that much? be sure to tell him to make sure it's ok.

i felt that way with the prog cream...i thought if the estrogen was making me feel wierd, the progesterone would make it worse. actually for me (and many other sisters) it combats the bad effects of the estrogen...hope you do great on it.
