Side effects of not using hormones

Is there a place where I can find a list of side effects for NOT taking HRT? My TAH w/BSO was March 14, 2002. I was on Estrace 2 mg for 11 months but then decided I would try to go without them. I stopped taking it in mid February. I am having all kinds of weird sensations in my legs and arms and feeling lathargic. I have Multiple Sclerosis but I have always managed it very, very well. But with these symptoms I don't know if it is from MS or from not taking hormones. Also, does Estrace keep you looking young? I think my skin is looking older over the the past month. What exactly does Estrace do for you? I am 43 and don't want to start looking (or feeling) old!!
