45 yo patient with chronic pelvic and abdominal pain. Laparoscopy reveals pelvic and abdominal adhesions, endometriosis. Argon Beam Coagulator was used to lyse adhesions. Patient post-operatively improved significantly with complete resolution of her pain symptoms.
