The HysterSisters call these "Checkpoints" as there are specific points along your surgery timeline where information might be more important to you. We have a checkpoint for each step along the way.

2. Add Surgery Date** in your Hystersisters.com profile.

3. Accept Checkpoints email** by checking box in Control Panel.

At what intervals are Checkpoints sent?

"Hysterectomy Checkpoints" emails are sent based on your surgery date:

1. Pre-Op Checkpoint is sent 10 days prior surgery.
2. Post-Op Checkpoint is sent day 2 following surgery.
3. Post-Op 3-4 Checkpoint is sent day 14 following surgery.
4. Post-Op 5-6 Checkpoint is sent day 28 following surgery.
5. Menopause Checkpoint is sent three months following surgery.
6. Hysterversary Checkpoint is sent yearly on surgery anniversary.
