All merchandise is shipped within 4 days of ordering on days the Post Office is open. We ship within the US using USPS priority mail which takes 2-3 days. International orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail or airmail parcel post and takes about 5-10 business days usually however it can take up to 21 business days as some customs offices hold up the packages. Additionally some customs offices charge additional customs/shipping fees upon receipt. See below.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and we are happy to give this a try, it is expensive. All merchandise is in US Dollars and using a credit card is the easiest way to convert your country's money to US Dollars. I'm sorry but the Hyster Sisters store can only take money orders in US Dollars.

International Countries we ship to: Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries are excluded unless the address is a US APO (US military) address.

Additionally, we have been notified of international customers who are charged additional customs tax, shipping charges upon delivery by their country's postal service. The Hyster Sisters Store pre-pays all postal charges according to the United States Postal Service. We do not have any control over other nations' postal deliveries and can not take responsibility for additional shipping charges incurred in other countries.
