Here is a lovely story that hostess Shirley wrote about our Link Library. Enjoy!

  Quote:

The Keeper of the Keys Expands the Castle

What is all the buzz at the castle? The Keeper of the Keys has added a new hall? The princess decides to find out what all the fuss is about. She walks slowly down the corridor, she notices there is quite a bit of traffic coming and going out of the room at the end of the hall. " I must take a peek" "Wow! this is awesome!" Shelves with lots of information, right at the princess' fingertips, wall to wall carpet on the floor, "I believe I will stay and browse a while."

The princess starts to reach for a book on the shelf, just as she thinks to herself, I better not, she sees these words , "All princess must push this button, and not reach for material"

The young princess realizes that she is more tired than she thought, "I need a nap" she looks over in the corner and sees lounge chairs. She yawns and says, "those look comfortable". She goes over to the loungers, picks one, slowly sitting down, sighs "aha, so relaxing, like sitting on clouds." She takes the book in her hand, opens it and begins to read a few pages, before falling into a deep sleep.

Two hours go by, the princess awakes to the sound of a whistling teapot. She sees a lady approaching her. "Oh no, she is going to throw me out of here!". As the princess tries to struggle to her feet, she hears a gentle voice say, "It's okay, sweetie, you can stay, I just wanted to know if you wanted some raspberry tea?" "I also brought you this basket filled with chocolate delights." Although the princess is amazed, out of the corner of her eye she sees the lady is wearing a name tag that says, (The words are engraved in little hearts.) Moderator, welcome, where love and knowledge resides. She manages to reply "Yes, I would love some, Thanks"

The princess is left, sipping her steaming cup of tea and reading her book. After finishing her tea, she decides to browse a little more.

Well I better go, thought the princess. As she was leaving she noticed that the lady was now behind the desk, with a sign behind her that reads,

Please come again......Compliments of Princess Ruby

This makes her smile, she waves bye to the lady smiling behind the desk, satisfied with what she has learned.
