hormonal imbalance it causes. Beginning in
perimenopause, the amount of hormones produced begin to change and not be in sync with each other. As a result, you can be left with symptoms that leave you miserable and frustrated.

Long term hormonal imbalance can cause new health issues, so it is important not to ignore these symptoms. Keeping a detailed
symptom diary can help you determine if your symptoms are chronic and affecting your overall health and quality of life. You might be able to pinpoint a connection between medications, diet, exercise, etc. as well. You can also share your symptom diary with your
physician to help him better access your situation and offer you the most appropriate treatment.
