woman with migraine after menopauseIs there a connection between menopause and migraines?

Is menopause causing your migraines? It’s not likely to be at the center of Sherlock’s next case, but it’s a mystery because there is no easy answer.

The facts: Migraines in women typically begin before the age of 40, long before menopause. And often, migraines are associated with fluctuating hormone levels of our menstrual cycles.

The logic: It stands to reason that along with menopause and the challenges of hormone levels changing, migraines may continue to be your companion.

You may have menopause related migraines

- If your migraine pattern changes with menopause.
- If you have migraine headaches along with other menopause symptoms.
- If you have migraine headaches when using or stopping HRT.

Treat menopause migraines
