getting my groove back? 11-17-2011 - 07:58 AM
I returned to work almost 10 days ago. The transition was easy, I missed my colleagues and they missed me. Since I have a desk job there's really nothing to complain about. I put my feet up under my desk, and take walks every now and then.

overall, I feel good! I'm discovering the difference having the surgery makes.

Good for you. I am back full time for past 2 weeks and feel great. I agree everyone missed me and I have brought life back to the department. (At least that is what they tell me. lol) I am struggling to lose 4 pounds I gained after my great 10 pound loss. I contribute it to sitting a lot more and last two weeks eating more.

This weekend I am going to get back on the exercising and eating less and better. I am tired some days when I go home, but nothing a good night sleep cures.

I am so happy you are doing well. I remember the conversations we had prior and I am glad it went well and I helped a bit.

PS and every day the swelly belly disappears a bit. I do have a hard time getting all my water in everyday.

I thought of you yesterday. Wondering how you were doing, had you returned to being a workaholic, lol. I'm still amazed at all that we have in common. So good to hear from you.

Let's keep in touch
