Progesterone Question...

Do any of you wonderfuly educated women know if it is ok to use a bioidentical progesterone during pregnancy? One site that sales it has instructions on how to use it at this time and it seems like it is something that I need to use. I have terrible mood swings sometimes and just feel real tired all the time and irritable. Any help would be appriciated and thank you in advance!
