Wishing you a normal recovery! Mine was normal. I read everything I could, listened to what others had to say, worked really hard not to over do. And I am feeling well again. Listen to your body and take the time that you are supposed to to heal.

Everything will be ok! I had mine on Wednesday-they took out the unterus, tubes and cervix. I was so scared of the general sedation but it was all good. The staff know what they are doing. I had a catheter in over night and got a bad case of shaking as I was in recovery, They covered me head to toe in hot blankets. Had 3 shots of heparin and had compression socks overnight which interfered with sleeping soundly. My nurse was incredible though! I think that is why it went so well. I had an overnight doc checkin, then a resident they my doc in the am. At home with oxycodone and motrin, pain is mild as long as you take it easy and slowly. Breathe deeply and pray! It helped me a lot!
