Preop Big Concerns

Oh my God, the world must have felt like it had turned on its axis. Hearing news like that is such a shock...there is no other feeling in the world like it. You must be feeling overwhelmed.

My mother was 79 when she found out she had an aortic aneurysm. She had surgery to repair it, and it was very successful. She is approaching her 81st birthday and is doing very well.

To have to worry about that plus have a cancer concern...it's almost unimaginable. The hard thing is that right now, you don't know exactly what you have to contend with. Hopefully as you get more information, your doctors will formulate a plan of treatment, and then you can get on with your life. But until then, any anxiety you feel is entirely understandable.

Thankyou for your prayers. Yes I do feel like my world has turned upside down. I just finished talking to my Mom and I have a uncle that had surgery to repair his aneurysm. It felt like a breath of fresh air to actually know someone that has survived and doing very well. So I will dwell on the fact that they caught it before surgery, and that hopefully they can repair it before any more new surgeries. Tuesday will not come soon enough, but just being able to feel a peace about it for even a moment is a wonderful feeling. Igive credit to my heavenly Father for allowing all the steps to be in place before even I knew it.
Hysterectomy some day soon I hope
