pre-op tomorrow

hi all, i have pre -op tomorrow and i am haveing tah on oct 20th
and i am scared to death, i was looking on the net and found this we site , thank you so much it has helped me alot, i have alot to do before i go , but cant seem to get anything do has any one had this to?................................

My preop is tomorrow also with surgery scheduled for the 22nd.

Welcome to my world of trying to get stuff done. Accomplished only 2 of the 5 things on my list to get done this weekend. Everyday seems to be tough to stay focused and on task. But you'll find lots of others here with the same issues, fears, concerns, as well as joys to get this over and done with. Try not to worry too much (easy for worry wart me to say, huh?) and take each day as it comes.

I found that if was easier on myself and didn't try to get my whole "to do" list finished (it's never finished even when I'm not facing surgery), I felt better about things.

oh yes, I think from what I have read everybody has that problem. We WONDER WOMEN seem to think e have to get everything done. They say that we will not care if the house is clean, I am very unsure of that, I guess we will see in about 4 weeks for me.



lol

I'm thinking that if the counters don't get wiped up after kids and DH cooking/eating, then that will just leave that much more food for the kids and hubby to graze on when they act like there's nothing left in the house to eat! (I am putting "Purchase blinders" on my to do list for tomorrow!)
