Princess crown
Ok, have a very silly question. I actually have a plastic tiara type crown my hubby won at a fair. Has anyone actually worn a crown in the hospital or at home. I like to have a good sense of humor, but don't want to come off as bizarre. My surgery is on Friday, March 19th. My girlfriend knitted me a new uterus that I'm bringing to the hosptial with me, but didn't know about the crown.

Oh, absolutely!! Wear that baby with pride!! The nurses will get a kick out of it and wearing it out of the hospital, flying down the corridors in your wheelchair, would be a hoot.. You go, girl!!

Keep that sense of humor =) My pre op nurses all got the full me ... post op they knew I was bad off when I had nothing to say but a few hours post op I was back to my old self. Makes your stay better, puts the staff in a good mood when they walk in your room too! In fact my nurses said they enjoyed me as I was a bit more feisty than the others they were nursing LOL
