7 Days To Go!!!!!

I have just totally been hit like a bomb shell tonight
just relised i have only 7 days to go!
Now i am like wonder if i really need it ,wonder if they took me for a scan its all cleared up. Generly in my mind i am trying to get out of it and fast. I cant its the only thing thats going to have to be done . I have already been through major surgery just december there so i do know all about pain and pain control also whats involved. as i was as i say rushed into theatre on december with severe abcesses on overies tubes all on my outsides and they where growing fast temp was really high and the pain was nothing i could explain.all i knew was i woke up about 3 days later they told me I sighned a form for a total tah if needed. then the doc goes on to explain they drained the abcesses and i was on drips with medication in them to make sure the infection was going to stay away. anyway after 2 weeks in hospital they came told me everything was fine even gave me a scan to make sure. hmmm ended in and out of hospital since december with repeated infections so on the GREAT 6TH MAY i am having a total TAH and now its just hit me .. my dh works on a drilling rig in canada nova. and we live in scotland uk . he had to go back since his bosses have let him home for 5mths with pay so they have been fab . he works for a texas company up in houstan but as i say his base is on driiling rig in nova canada. so my mother is coming up for like 2 weeks to make sure everything goes ok, as i am only 7 stone 4 i am very tired due to other major op.. but i cannot stop myself trying to get out of this one , its so hard but yet its for the best . i am only 35 years old and i am like hrt for 15 years ?? oh god . apparantly the doc said i have to be on hrt till i am about 51. my mind is so playing tricks on me as i took my first period since before december ,so you start to think okkkkkkk this is good . but nope doc said its a worrying period where you get so nervous you bleed . and to top it all off i am already going through premature pause, as what ever the abcesses did to me it has stopped my hormones working infact its stopped everything right down to my sex life ..
feel so alone tonight as its after midnight here in scotland the house is so peaceful . but so alone tonight .

You are not alone--we are here for you. I am glad you have someone coming to help. I wish you a wonderful aurgery, and an uneventful recovery. You need to do something to keep your mind occupied, so the days pass faster! I am from Texas--as a matter of fact, less than an hour's drive from Houston. What company is your husband with?
