I had the samething. It turned out to be a fistula. I was leaking urine into my vagina. I had surgery on Oct 22 and just had the foley and stent removed yesterday. So far no leaking, but I have been very grouchy the last 24 hours. Could be the burning or just everything building up. Please check with your doctor. I had a IVP and CT that showed the hole in my bladder leaking in my vagina. I had to be cut again, but I am hoping all is fixed, and I can start being myself again.
Good Luck and keep me posted. Any questions, let me know, I may be able to answer.

My thoughts and prayers are with you!

I went to the my GP Tuesday. We are continuing with the 2mg of estradiol and she took a blood test to see where my hormone level is at. I should hear something on Friday or Monday.

I am starting to get a sore throat and runny nose. Yuk!! I have been taking Airborne in hopes I can stop it.

It's my Birthday today too We have a Salon customer appreciation Holiday party so I work from 11a-10p it will be a long long day. My DD, DS and DH are going to come see me at work tonight. I am making the Aveda pure-fume all night.

Have a good day.
Happy Birthday Byfaith! Hope you've had a lovely day. God bless you on your special day.

RookScoobs--we share the same surgery date. I cannot believe you had to have surgery again!!! Did you have to go under general anesthesia again? I feel terrible for you! I'm happy to hear that you are feeling better now. Hope you are taking care of the princess.

The study indicated without HRT more women have bone loss, Alzheimer's disease, heart disease, dementia. I guess I am so afraid of loosing my mind...

I would check it out
I'm certainly thinking about it and researching as much as I can on it. My grandmother is 96 and has Alzheimer's with dementia setting in. My mom who had the hyster at age 50 has rhematoid arthritis and osteosporosis. In the meantime, I've had a bone density test and it came back normal. Thank God. I'm taking loads of vitamins and recently added "Glucosamine" for joint health to my supplement intake. My appt. with the gyn is at the end of december.

Just an update I feel great. I think my bladder has dropped some though. Cuz if i cough to hard or sneeze sometimes i pee alittle. I'm not liking that though. Also just can't seem to lose any weight. Other than that feeling like i never had surgery. Seems so long ago.
Everyone have a great thanksgiving and remember it's all about the family.
Hi Law! Its good to hear from you! I'm so happy to hear that you are feeling great. wish I could say the same. are you on hrt?
I have seen any messages from jennice or elefante. I still think of everyone. Hope they are okay too.

Hi Presouz, No i never have had anything done to my bladder yet. I think it has just dropped some since the hyster. Or it could be the age thing (46).
Hi Phill., no i'm not on any hrt. But i am on prozac so i'm sure that helps alot. Plus on my moms side of the family there is 4 sisters and none of them including my mom have ever had hot flashes or anything like it and none of them where ever on any hrt. So i'm kinda hoping that good trait follows on to me. haha

RooksScoobs-did your doctor ever tell you first that it was a granulated tissue? I did go to my urol. but he never checked me over, he just released me from my surgery. He was aware of the granulated tissue problem because of my gyno was conferring with him. I go back on Nov. 26 and I will ask. It is a slight leak, so I dont know if yours was a major leak or not. Constant or a little.
