the granny panty thang!!!

okay - I guess I am just falling apart bcuz I got the two sizes larger cotton grannies AND did my own surgery on THEM!! I figured, if I had had surgery, and the two sizes too large panties were killing me, then, doggone it, I could take scissors in hand and attack the fruit of the loon - I mean, loom!! )
I took off part of the width of all the waist bands, made my own 'french cut' style (and let me tell you how s.e.x.y that looks!!!! - especially when i go nuts and just chop away in a frenzie. It's that goll-darn patch!!! I just know it!!) But is sure AIN'T that patch that has made my whole tummy sore to the touch, still!!! - And it's been 7.5 weeks. NO one touches my tummy!!!
Okay, I'll be on my way now. But I feel sorta like a stick in the mud because I LIKE my floppy, choppy skivvies! Oh girls, this could be a real bad sign for the future!!!! Maybe I need some inspiration!!!

Soooo Funny

I to love to wear thongs to. I don't plan to wear GP toooo long if at all. I find the Thongs to be very comfy. It was my Dh that suggested that I wear them over a year ago. I only wear GP during that dreaded time of the month. Soon to be over Thanks be to God. I have enoyed a good laugh this afternoon dispite the pain that I am in. Thanks ladies...

Goldfish and Granny Panties - A Warning!

I am afraid that I too am growing into my granny pants, so much so that I now have to roll my belly up to get it in!, Hope the swelly belly goes soon. However if I continue with the weight gain I may have to start to roll up the boobs to get them in my bra!

Goldfish and Granny Panties - A Warning!

Just wanted to this up so that other ladies can be warned by my tragic tale (pun intended.)

**Just a note, since I first posted this in January, I have lost 22 lbs. and have stopped wearing granny panties, though the Lovepats are still my favorites.**

Goldfish and Granny Panties - A Warning!

Just a word of warning from past personal experience...the 'Goldfish Rule' also applies to track pants. They are sooo comfy, but they do tend to 'give'.

I've hidden my 'trackies' until I'm able to go to the gym. Too tempting to get too comfy!!

Hiya Girls

I didn't need to buy granny panties, they were all I could wear before my TVH (4 weeks ago). The best thing since having the surgery is being able to wear nice silky underwear without fear of staining them. Need I say more.

I have been out to buy sexy new underwear, now I am just looking forward to the opportunity to try them out on DH.....

Goldfish and Granny Panties - A Warning!

Love this thread! Call me wierd - I actually loved those little mesh panties they provided in the hospital.....one size fits all, airy and disposable!
But, once that fun was over I actually returned to my beloved Victoria Secret control panties. 1.) They were already 'stained' so any post-op nuiances did not upset the balance and 2.) the extra support sure did help with the belly area. Made everything stay in place just a little bit more than my regular cotton bikini's did.
Now I get to go shopping for all the pretty underthings that I was afraid to ruin prior to my visit to the Castle - I may have to take some of the previous advice mentioned above and try a few new varieties....thongs perhaps? humm......

Ladies, beware and take my tragic tale (no pun intended) to heart!!! Don't wear your granny panties a moment longer than necessary or you too may find that one day your hiney has grown to fit its environment!!!
I dread to think where mine will grow too then...
I don't wear any unless I go out in a skirt
