No Date: LAVH--Not scheduled yet, waiting on a date

Hi there! I'm currently waiting on a date from my doctor for my hysterectomy. She says she's going to try a LAVH. My question is has anyone had a successful LAVH after C-sections? Some things I'm reading say it isn't possible and I'll probably have to have a TAH. My doctor mentioned this was a possibility if she got in there and saw a ton of scar tissue, but feels fairly confident from the exam that she can do the LAVH. Any success stories here of LAVH after C-sections??

i had two csections and other abdominal surgeries and i was able to have an LSH (different than a laparoscopic vaginal..i kept my cervix). i had no problems at all with the lap part of the surgery.
