About Pre-Op "date clubs" and/or count-down threads

Hi Ladies,

We have a policy in our Terms of Service (TOS) that requires that all threads created for the purpose of finding women having surgery on a specific date or specific month should "chat" in Friends Without Faces general chat area (non-hysterectomy support) keeping the Pre-Op area for discussing pre-op issues of patients, preparing for surgery.

Lately, however, a new breed of "date clubs" has emerged called "count-down" threads.

The staff of Hystersisters.com will be editing the titles of any threads created for a specific date/month to include ALL pre-op women in the pre-op area.

In other words, all count down threads will be generic in time/date to include all pre-op members.

The thing is: ALL women awaiting their surgery in the pre-op forum qualify as in "count-down" mode and we benefit together through these discussions.

Let's not segregate ourselves into small select groups during this time as you await surgery. Let's stick together, swapping information, swapping ideas and hints and sharing thoughts while you are awaiting your surgery.

When you are post-op, you have a date club awaiting you where you can get to know the gals who are recovering on the same date, same week as you.
