Miso Soup

Ingredients

4 tablespoons miso
6 cups warm water
2 teaspoons fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
4 green onions sliced

cayenne pepper to sprinkle on top

Directions

In a high-speed blender, combine water, miso, ginger, and granulated garlic. Blend to combine. Pour into warm soup bowls and add spinach, mushroom slices and green onions. Serve immediately.

This sounds delicious. I have had miso, but I have never cooked with it. I will have to try this. Thanks
