Re: Keto

Hi! I started the keto diet in June 2016. I saw your post after searching on the forums. How are you doing with it? Mine is working, but slower than I expected. I think maybe my hormones or something else is causing it to be slow. Now that I'm almost 43, I am thinking that could be a factor too!

I just started the Keto diet. It is helping me in lowering my blood sugar along with my medication. You can find more about Keto from a website called Keto connect. They have vedios on YouTube. My friend told me about it and I talked to my Doctor before I went on it. My Doctor said it would be a good Diet for me since my Blood sugar free is really high and out of control. I'm still learning about I. But so far it's working for me.

Re: Keto

I just started Keto this week. I am two months post op. Having nausea. is it the keto or still post op and I had random nausea post op as well. Are you ladies still doing keto? I am looking for a way of eating that will get me off meds as they are so costly each month.
