I'm so sorry for the emotional turmoil you must be going through waiting for the results of the biopsy. I am also going for a mamogram....my first ever on Feb.20 & I'm very nervous myself. I wish you all the best of luck for your test results & you will be in my prayers.

Heni,

I am sorry you have to deal with this. I hope it is of some comfort to realize that your doctors are being vigilant. I had a core need biopsy about 5 years ago. It turned out to be a fibroadenoma which is completely benign. I had some dark moments waiting for the resultss, which I think is just part of being human. I hope your results will be benign, and you will enjoy your visit with your sons.

Regards, Blue

Now It's Me Who Needs Help And Prayers

I found a lump over 10 yrs ago. It took me 2 yrs to work up the nerve to go to the dr. I had a lumpectomy and biopsy and luckily it was benign. I was to get a mam every two years after and haven't had one. I'm NOT large breasted and figured a self exam was enough. With the recent OVAC scare I will be calling Monday to schedule one.

I think it's wonderful that your sons are coming! No matter what the answer to your awaited question, it will be good to have your family around. I'm hopeful that you'll all be celebrating good news. Valentine's Day, which we celebrate with hearts, is a moment to surround yourselves with love. Best wishes.
