Children helping during recovery

I run the office at my husbands small company, its not tough which is why I came back so soon, plus I was board at home. I though sitting was no big deal, Guess again. You will need to get up and move around some, put your feet up. I was dumb at work too, I was not to lift anything, one day about about 2 1/2 weeks, I though this file box was empty or at least lite, WRONG, I grab it, lifted and felt a pain, it was full of papers. I have a friend who had this done about 6 years ago, she was back at work in 2 1/2 weeks, and never had any issues, she was a manger at a Taco bell at the time. It can be done just use your head and take it easy when you can.
