stomach ache

Does anyone have problems with being sick to your stomach. This is day 2 of being sick. I have no temp or chills. and that I can think of no other symptoms.

Any good remedies?
I have been resting all day. I really dont feel like doing anything else.

I have, thankfully, not had any serious nausea or sickness. I had some in the hospital to which they gave me gravol. And I felt queezy at home the first week. I chalk that up to anesthetic and meds.

I am not sure what would be making you feel sick other than something you may have eaten, a virus of some sort, change in meds, too many or contradicting meds? Sometimes bowel difficulties result in nausea.

I would call your doctor ... that is always the safest bet. Especially if the nausea continues for another day or two. With recovery, you can never be too sure what is thrown at you.

I have heard peppermint tea is a great nausea fighter! Also, the usual gingerale and flat coke. I was taught to remember the word "brat" when nausea set in. Eat only bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.
