The enema thing

 Okay, I know this sounds really strange....

I just read the "fleet enema" directions, anticipating all I must do before the Castle visit in the morning.

Here is my question, and maybe I am asking for :tmi:

I really don't want anyone to help me do this (like my hubby). Looking at the picture, I can't figure it out.

HELP!!

What do you want to know? I did one before my hyst... it's been awhile but I think I remember it pretty well.

Basically, you get down near the floor in the bathroom (it's easier to do if you either sort of squat facing forward or lie on one side, knees drawn up). Lubricate the tip of the enema bottle with KY or something else water soluble that will make it slide in easier. Insert the bottle slowly and gently (it should go in reasonably easily); then slowly squeeze the bottle until the contents are totally emptied. Then just hold it right there until it works its *magic*

I didn't have anyone help me - in fact I made sure I was home alone at the time. It was much easier than I thought it would be once I actually tried it.

I hope this helps... good luck tomorrow!
