- Get meals in the freezer that you can just pop in the microwave
- Get easy foods for breakfasts and lunches.
- Get loose fitting clothes
Above all know that you are not alone in this. Ask questions, and we will try to answer them for you. Also, get on and express your feelings. It really does help.
