At Last

Fear of the unknown seems to lurk around every corner in Hysterville. That's why we need to keep informed and educated. Thank you all so much for the wonderful posts that contribute to that process. We need to blast that fear back where it belongs!

I've been on edge just because of the unknown date of the surgery. I didn't even know the name of the surgery till today, (TAH) but it was getting that date that had me going. AT LAST, IT IS MAY 19. I feel relieved not having to wait for that phone call.

I'm adding that along with the TAH is anterior and posterior repair and Burch Colpopexy, whatever that means. Is anyone else having all this?

Doesn't it feel good to get a date? I know I was on the edge until I got a firm date and now time has flown and its almost there. So far I have been fairly blase about it but am starting to have weird dreams and such, my state of mind over the next few weeks won't be good - glad I have an understanding boss!!!

Once you actually have the date it all seems even more real. Now you can make plans and preparations with an actual timeframe.
