Hi there. I haven't posted in a while. I'm in Tampa. Having post surgical issues and can't get anyone to help me figure things out. Still searching. Hope to get a CT scan and finally get the answers I need.

If you've not already done so, please check out our Pre-Op Hysterectomy Support Forum where you'll find all the other ladies awaiting surgery, and feel free to start a new thread there if you have any concerns. (To start a new thread, just click on the "New Topic" button which is located at the top and bottom left of that forum’s main page, or click here). We also have a Pre-Op Page which is packed with information, too.

When you have a moment, it would be very helpful if you could tell us a little more by completing the basic surgery information (type/procedure) in your Member Survey. Key details will then automatically appear at the top right of your posts. You can do that by clicking on “Survey—Hyst Type” at the bottom of your screen or visiting your user control panel. Thank you!

If you have any last-minute questions, don't hesitate to start a new thread in the Pre-Op forum to ask them. Pre- and post-op members from all over the world will share with you there. After your surgery, you can use the Post-Op message board for your questions and as (((Marcia))) mentioned, you can join the Recovery Progress Reports thread for your surgery week to share recovery updates and friendship with your surgery week HysterSisters.

Here in the Neighborhood forum we take a welcome break from anything to do with surgery, recovery, hormones, etc., since there are support forums dedicated for those topics. Instead, in this forum we chat about topics of local interest.

We'll look for you in the support forums for your pre- and post-op concerns, and hope you will enjoy sharing chit chat with your Florida neighbors in this forum.
