Is it possible I have endometriosis? Adenomyosis with endo belly?

So I was diagnosed with adenomyosis with a hysteroscopy about two years ago. My uterus was the size of a 10 week pregnancy. But here's the thing. I get endo belly. Bad. Like fine to 6 months pregnant in minutes. Can you get endo belly with adenomyosis, or is it possible I have endometriosis as well? I've been googling and it seems like endo belly is only with endo, but I figure you all would know

After my hysterectomy, I finally got a diagnosis of endo and adenomyosis. It’s possible to have together. However I thought adeno might also cause bloating, etc. Wishing you luck in thinking through your next steps.
