Thank you! Im just A HOT MESS!!!I'm not really nervous about the surgery, just how I will treat my family after due to full blown menopause. I told my Dr that i will do HRT... Just don't know which to do? I done apologized to my kids and husband before this! He's went through this with his ex wife, but she had a partial.

Re: Best Wishes to our March 08 Princesses
Ugh. I hear you. But try not to worry about all the “what if’s”. Just concentrate right now on preparing for surgery. Your family loves you - so be kind to yourself.
We have great resources on this site for coping with meno symptoms. And the site has great forums on all the different types of HRT. Just don’t overwhelm yourself now.
Wishing you peace and calm. You can do this❤️

Re: Best Wishes to our March 08 Princesses
Hi Princesses
I am your SunshineSister here to wish you an uneventful surgery on Saturday and to let you know you aren’t alone.
1st Sisterly advice:
-relax, maybe do something special for yourself. Let your Dr and nurses do the worrying. They have done this before. Lol.
-rest and get plenty of good sleep the next two nights and drink a lot of water until the hour you were told to stop intake. This will help your body be in the best shape possible.
Please join me and your surgery week sisters on your Recovery Progress Report thread as soon as you feel like posting.
I am sending prayers for and good thoughts to you.
Hugs,
Anndy
