Getting a bedside or couch rolling tray table ( got mine from amazon ) , the binder duo ( ask dr for prescription u may get reimbursed), gasx, colace, a pillow pet for ur belly  , also very loose comfy light pajamas I bought black one sleeveless and pants combo...
One important thing : watch a video about how to get up or roll out of bed properly and learn it! I wasn't doing the log roll and I had a hard time
