2 things u really need to know before surgery

Ok, I had my surgery last Tuesday. I want everyone to stay at the hospital as long as they will let you. My insurance approved three nights and I only stayed one. What was I thinking? Stay and be pampered because you deserve it. It will make you stronger when you do get home too.

The second thing you need to know is that you are probably going to have really bad gas pains after the surgery. I would have thought I was having a heart attack if I would have been at home. It was mainly in my shoulders of all places. When they allow you to walk, do so. That seems to be what relieved mine the most.

These are just the main two things I wish I would have know, so I thought I would pass to you. Best of wishes to all of you when you go to the castle. Try to enjoy your self as much as you can and just pretend you are in a five star hotel.
