Pre-op done

Hello ladies, I went to have per-op done today and all went well. I get to do that lovely bowel prep with mag. cit. once at 3 pm and another at 7pm. I have a felling I will be up all night paying my dues to the porcaline god!! LOL I have to be at the castle at 7 am on the 12th. The best news I heard was I get to come home that evening if all goes well. I am still taking a bag just in case. I just have to be able to pee and eat and then I can go home to sleep in my own bed.

Hey CrystalClear - Just tip that head back and hit the back of the throat as you pour the stuff down. I found it easier to chug it when I didn't have to taste it! And a quick drink of tea was great for cutting that brbrbrb taste! Best wishes for a safe journey and speedy recovery!

Thanks for the tip gordonk I will try that one on for size. Do you guys know if it is ok to drink dark colored sodas? I love pepsi and I get a really bad headache if I don't at least drink a few a day. I know nothing after midnight but the day before while I am on the liquid diet.

crystalclear...if you are buying your mag OTC, I would recommend you go with the lemon/lime type, it tastes like sprite...kinda. The cherry is nasty..like drinking cough syrup. IMHO. Good luck!
