Quick sex ?

Okay, Here is my quick question. Can I have sex the night before surgery? Thats about it for now!!!THANKS!

I asked my doctor and he didn't see a problem with it in my case. Some doctors say yes and some say no. I would urge you to ask your doctor just to be sure.

Of course, as Deb said...you will probably want to ask your Doc. I have never been instructed NOT to have sex the night before surgery, and I have unfortunately had quite a lot of surgeries! And hey, if it's ok to do.....you really don't have to make it quick? right? Best wishes to you on your upcoming surgery!

If it is OK with your dr....Go for it! Enjoy yourself by all means, you are going to be out of commission for a while. Good Luck to you!

Well, I did I just thought that if the Dr didn't want us to that she would have told me. But (((Deb))) is right, it is wise to ask your Dr to make sure.

You really should ask your doctor. This was one of the 1000 questions I asked my doctor pre-op and she said 3 days before surgery was my cut off date. I didn't ask why......we just complied. And it was 10 weeks post-op before we could resume intercourse. So enjoy!

My dr said ok and we did! I did make him pull out though, not sure why.

I wasn't told no, so I fully intend to. DH is pulling an all weekend shift at work, so I don't even get to hang out with him my last Weekend before all of this, so monday I'm sending the kids to school and we're gonna have some fun. It's bad enough that endo has dropped our sex life down to almost nothing. Now it WILL be nothing for a while, so I'm gonna get it while I still can.
