Davinci hysterectomy and severe adhesions removal march 28 advice

I had a lap done a month ago to cauterize some adhesions. When my Dr opened me up she said I had severe adhesions impeding most of my organs that she was able to see and was not able to do anything. Hence a radical hysterectomy davinci style.... I am wondering how long a surgery like this would take given my organs are stuck together. With adhesion removal does it make my recovery more painful or any longer? It took me a week to feel better after my laparoscopy... I am not interested in hrt, I want to go all natural. Any suggestions? I have a breast cancer history and have a lump currently being monitored every 6 months. That's why I am not interested in medicine prescribed by the Dr. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
