Severe food sensitivities

Anyone else suffer with severe food sensitivities and digestive issues? I'm down to only tolerating about 5 different foods. Only protein I can get in is salmon. No gluten, oats,, eggs, dairy, nuts, legumes, etc... Very few vegetables and fruits tolerated and must be cooked to almost mush. : (

I am having some additional environmental, food and medicine allergies and sensitivity, worst is my beloved diet coke I may have to give up, argh.

I had the beginning of this prior to hyst though.

My dr is running bloodwork and suspects mast cell activation syndrome. I have some other autoimmune markers so we're keeping an eye on things and doing some trials.

You may want to ask your Dr for a referral to rheumatologist to get more thorough bloodwork just to check things out.

I have developed several food allergies. I have even been diagnosed with Alpha Gal.
