Hysterectomy:
Bilateral Salpingectomy and spotting 4 weeks later?

I had a laparascopic bilateral salp(fallopian tubes removal) option for
permanent sterilization done about 4 weeks ago. I bled for the first week, which is normal, but that subsided. Then I got my normal aunt Flo (AF). A few days ago I started experiencing brown spotting and brown clots, with every wipe. Has anyone experienced this? I'm curious because the bleeding initially stopped and has started up again. Thanks!
